Renjith Joseph is a seasoned education industry professional, and entrepreneur based in Sydney, Australia. With over 20 years of experience, he has owned and managed several vocational colleges across New South Wales and South Australia, shaping the landscape of vocational education through innovative and industry-driven initiatives.
As the Chairman of Australian Vocational Management (AVM), Renjith leads a diverse business group spanning education, hospitality, and training. Under his leadership, AVM’s portfolio has grown to include colleges, a club consultancy, catering management services, and restaurants, all driven by a commitment to skill development and workforce readiness.
Renjith expanded his vision internationally in the sub-continent, Indonesia, Philippines, Indonesia, Timor Leste and Tonga.
With a Bachelor’s in Hotel Management and a Master’s in International Business from Griffith University, Renjith has also been awarded the Outstanding Leader Award in Leadership at the 13th World Leaders Summit, an event powered by Global Empire Events Ltd, UK. In addition, he has also received the degree of Doctorate in Business Administration by the London School of Management & Technology.

Work Integrated Learning (WIL): A dynamic concept built around the ‘education for all, through education, employment for all’ approach at AVM. Work Integrated Learning allows students to earn while they learn, bridging the gap between education and employment in the hospitality and vocational skills sectors. The WIL model is already in operation by AVM companies in Australia, soon to be implemented in their overseas ventures in 3 other countries as well.
AVM Training: AVM has partnered with leading industry professionals in Sydney to deliver short, intensive, and industry-focused training programs in Automotive, Health and and Hospitality.
Australia Pacific Management & Training (APMT) in the Pacific Islands is dedicated to deliver world-class education and vocational training, including the pioneering Skills for Life project—an initiative designed to equip young students and athletes with employable skills beyond the classroom or sports field.
Study Pacific – Bridging Global Education: A new online portal, Study Pacific is designed to connect students with educational opportunities in the Pacific islands and neighbouring countries, facilitating seamless access to partner universities and changing pacific as a hub for international education and gateway to the world.
